Councillor Julian Bell said: “The Dominion Centre’s transformation is such a triumph because it delivered a first class community centre and library and made a huge contribution to Southall’s ongoing, multi-million pound regeneration.
“The activities and services on offer here also make the Dominion Centre more relevant and more accessible for a wider group of people in the community too, which is really fantastic.”
