St George’s Gate is a development of 26 new homes off Hebdon Road, Tooting
The development is part of wider plans to build more than 800 new homes on the site, including a proportion of affordable housing, plus acres of new public parkland.

Outside there are both front and rear gardens and as the development is surrounded by 32 acres of new public parkland, woodland, wetlands, wildlife an formal gardens the great outdoors. A fitness trail is also there for the sporty. In recent years Tooting has become one of London's property hot spots, hardly surprising given it is bursting with cosmopolitan vibrancy as well as a dizzy amount of bars, gastro pubs and restaurants, fantastic schools & nurseries and plenty going on for families. The 24hr Northern Line and other transport links make getting into central London or the countryside a doddle.
